Abrar controversy: List of Pak players playing for Indian-owned teams

Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed’s signing by Sunrisers Leeds in The Hundred created a flutter, though the BCCI said overseas leagues are outside its control. Bought for £190,000 by the Sun Group-owned franchise, Abrar’s deal drew attention as Pakistani players remain absent from the IPL since 2009. Despite that, several Pakistan cricketers have played for IPL-linked teams in global T20 leagues.
