Pakistan spinner Noman Ali hospitalised in Australia

Pakistan spinner Noman Ali was hospitalized for acute appendicitis but is now recovering. He will miss the remaining three Test matches against Australia. Khurram Shahzad was also ruled out due to injury. Naseem Shah's long-term ailment and Abrar Ahmed's leg discomfort further weaken Pakistan's bowling attack. Ahmed may be able to play in the Melbourne Test starting on December 26.
