Caught! ‘Cricketer’ who donned many hats

Mrinank Singh, a cricketer and Ranji player, allegedly duped Rishabh Pant of over a crore last year. Recently arrested by Delhi Police, Singh is accused of not clearing a bill of Rs 5.5 lakh at Taj Hotel. Singh claimed that his sportswear brand would make the payment but provided a dubious transaction number. Despite multiple promises, Singh failed to settle the bill. Singh has a history of criminal cases and tried to deceive officials by posing as a senior IPS officer.
