The 2023 ICC ODI World Cup is set to be India's 13th edition, marking the first time the tournament will be held solely in India. India has only won the title twice, in 1983 and 2011 under Kapil Dev's captaincy in England and MS Dhoni's stewardship, marking the last time India co-hosted the tournament.
