Axar Patel has been ruled out of the third ODI against Australia due to a left quadriceps strain. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation and may be ready to play in the World Cup warm-up games. Ravichandran Ashwin, who made a comeback to ODIs after a long absence, has performed well and has promising chances of making it to the World Cup squad.
